Chase Marchman is known by many as one of the most genuine, trustworthy, and hardworking individuals you’ll ever meet, qualities that make him a natural fit at RF Properties. Since earning his real estate license, Chase has hit the ground running, completing our extensive training program with excellence and already making a strong impact for his clients.

Born and raised in Dothan, Alabama, Chase is a graduate of Dothan High School and has deep roots in the Wiregrass area. Growing up hunting and fishing, he developed a true appreciation for the outdoors and the land, an understanding that translates seamlessly into helping buyers and sellers navigate rural properties, homes on acreage, and recreational tracts.

In addition to his real estate career, Chase proudly serves his community as a Dothan Fireman and Paramedic. His background in emergency services has shaped his strong work ethic, calm demeanor, and commitment to serving others with integrity and professionalism.

Chase is an active member of Bethel Baptist Church and enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his family. He resides in Dothan with his wife, Allie, and their daughter, Millie Ruth. Whether he’s working with clients or serving his community, Chase approaches everything he does with honesty, dedication, and a genuine desire to help people, values that align perfectly with the mission of RF Properties.
