This theater is in good condition and is about 6090 sq. ft. It is a historical site. Originally built as a movie theater in 1925 and recently updated to a multimedia facility to serve the community. Today it is an outstanding venue for staging live performances such as plays, concerts, parties, theatrical productions, fashion shows, dinner theater, reunion and birth celebrations, club activities etc. In addition to its huge convertible auditorium space with a 20x30 stage, it retains its historic concession stand, a ticket box office, storage room, reception desk and two restrooms. It also has a Studio A area with a bar/lounge area that seats 24 people and a room that views the stage for electronic and lightning use. Upstairs features a Studio B ( one of the newest 20x30 additions to the theater) with a VIP room to view the stage performances in a private setting. Also located upstairs is extra space (the old camera room area) that could be used for other creative ideas, maybe dressing room or storage. There is a hidden closet at the end of the first slight of stairs that is used for storage. There is also an extra stairway that leads down to the concession stand. Located behind the stage is more room that can be used for props, dressing rooms and a washer and dryer with connections. There is another room as you exit the building on the left that can be used for storage or dressing. Once outside, in the back of the building, there is an additional property that leads to the back street, which is approximately 30 feet.
